Every Marie's Famous Headband is individually handcrafted in Texas. If you are not 100% satisfied with the comfort, fit, or craftsmanship of your headband, contact us within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or full refund.
1. Handcrafted Product Authenticity
All headbands, do-rags, welding caps, and bandannas sold on this website are genuine, registered trademark creations of Marie's Famous Headbands. Because each piece is hand-sewn, slight variations in embellishment and pattern alignment may occur, reflecting true American artisan craftsmanship.
2. Shipping & Delivery
- Retail Orders: Enjoy complimentary standard US shipping on all retail orders over $50.00. Orders under $50.00 ship for a flat $5.00 carrier fee.
- Dispatch Times: Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground with tracking.
- Wholesale Orders: Wholesale orders are subject to a $150.00 minimum order threshold and calculated freight terms.
3. Care & Washing Instructions
To preserve the rhinestone embellishments and soft micro-velvet inner lining:
- Hand-wash gently in cold water with mild detergent.
- Do not wring, bleach, or place in a high-heat machine dryer.
- Lay flat on a towel to air dry.
